LOCALLY PRODUCED

EROL is a TORONTO-based denim brand that proudly partners with local businesses and manufacturers in the production of all denim styles, reflecting its commitment to local craftsmanship and third-party audited ethical labor practices. While 95% of our overall manufacturing is done locally in TORONTO, 100% of our denim products are made within a 14-mile radius from our design studio. This level of local production reduces the company’s carbon footprint by limiting freight transport and shipping.

UPCYCLING

With the introduction of the collection, EROL has taken steps toward reducing its carbon footprint by utilizing existing product overages, damages and scraps blended with rag house finds and items otherwise intended for landfills. Also, after extensive research on the environmental impact of packaging materials, this collection will be packaged in biodegradable bags that are made from 100% recycled LDPE (low-density polyethylene). The bags can be reused, recycled at end-of-life, and are biodegradable should they end up in a landfill.
